How to use this every bid period (Apple Calendar + shared calendar)
One-time setup: In Apple Calendar create two calendars — e.g. “Roster – Me” and “Roster – Trips”. Right-click Roster – Trips → Share Calendar… and add the other person once. They now see every future update automatically.
Each new roster: open this page, drop in the new .txt.
Click My calendar → open the downloaded .ics → when Apple Calendar asks, add it to Roster – Me.
Click Trips only → open that .ics → add it to Roster – Trips. Done — the other person’s copy updates on its own.
Re-importing a corrected roster for the same dates updates the events instead of duplicating them.
